«Come Train With Me» is a series of group training sessions lasting approximately 2 hours. You can take one or as many as you want. Each session, which takes place in open water or in pools, is designed for swimmers of all levels.
My goal with this activity is not only to make that day a training session, but also to create a warm, sharing and belonging atmosphere among all of us.
The format includes:
-Warm up session out of the water
-Training where different intensities are worked
-Observation of individual technique
-Technique drills
-Elongation session
